It's simple — if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, we will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 365 days of you receiving the product. If you have a subscription, you can return the latest shipment you have received  from your subscription 365 days of you receiving the product, and may return any prior (to your latest) subscription purchased 30 days from receipt.  If you have a special circumstance, please contact Klova support.

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if not, we'll take care of it.

To initiate a return, please call us at 1.888.568.1688, or do so online within your Account.

For domestic returns, ground shipping can take up to 8 business days, depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.
