My husband and I both have struggled with insomnia for YEARS (ambien works but only for 4 to 6 hours) these patches are insanely good. I place them on the inside of my ankle (can’t sleep with them on my wrist or arm) and they work within 40 min. I get a full 8 hours with ZERO fog in the morning. I’m on month 3 and totally SOLD… they work I promise you.

By day 2, I only woke up ONCE!! ONCE!! Not three or four times!! It's been two weeks and I still wake up ONCE!! This product works!!!!

I am reordering these sleep patches, They really work great for me because I do NOT want to take prescription sleep meds at my age since there are studies that link them with increased risk of dementia. My fitbit reports that I usually get 8 hrs of restful sleep

I am happy to report that these patches have remarkably improved my sleep. No grogginess in the morning. My BF even started using them and he is impressed at how well they work. I’m grateful.

I work night shift so I have to calm down from the excitement of the hospital before falling asleep and this patch help me do that normally it takes 4-5 hours for me to fall asleep with this patch I’m sleepy in bout a hour and am ready to lay down I sleep consistently and wake up about a hour before my alarm goes off well rested is how I feel I’m happy I came across these on tik tok will most definitely continue to order

I am one who can literally go many days with very little to no sleep, and have been that way for years. Since trying the new and improved version of this patch I can honestly say that I have not gone one night where I could not get some sleep, and atleast double the amount of time than what I was getting before.
