This policy explains what information the Klova shop collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order information you provide at checkout: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through standard server logs.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order. This includes sharing your name, address and phone number with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier (UPS).
• To manage subscriptions, send receipts and order updates, and answer your questions.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't send marketing email from this shop unless you separately opt in.

Service providers

We share information only with providers who help us run the shop: Stripe (payments; see stripe.com/privacy), our fulfillment partner, UPS, and our website host (Vercel).

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing sleep@klova.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We'll honor these requests as required by law.

Retention & security

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, and legal and accounting requirements. Data is protected in transit with HTTPS, and payment data is handled by PCI DSS Level 1 certified Stripe.
