30-day money-back guarantee

We want you sleeping better. If you're not satisfied with your Klova purchase for any reason, contact us at sleep@klova.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price of your order to your original payment method. Opened packs are covered too, and you don't need to return them.

To request a refund, email us your name and order email address. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, they can take another 5–10 business days to appear.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date as your first order. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal through the "Manage subscription" link at the bottom of our shop, or by emailing sleep@klova.com. The guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders ship via UPS Ground within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days after shipment.
• Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.
• Subscriptions ship monthly with $4.95 UPS Ground shipping per delivery.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or contains the wrong item, email sleep@klova.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
