These Terms govern your use of the Klova shop and your purchase of Klova products. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products & health information

Klova sleep patches are dietary supplement products. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limits. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Subscriptions

When you choose a monthly subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month for the subscription price plus shipping until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal linked in the shop or by emailing sleep@klova.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Promotions

Promotion codes are limited to one per order, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klova's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
